GenSphire's Founder and CEO

Jennie Jackson began her career out of her college dorm room, recruiting technical engineers. She continued to work in agency-side staff augmentation and executive search after college and later transitioned to leading an internal corporate staffing team at a high-growth dot com. Her career includes building an entire staffing function from the ground up with a robust university recruitment program and consulting with executive leaders and boards on strategic workforce planning. Having been on all sides of the hiring process and after taking time to enjoy her young children, Jennie founded GenSphire, a boutique recruiting firm, in 2014. While living in Switzerland, Jennie began GenSphire’s international expansion. Today, GenSphire partners with companies and nonprofits globally, creating value by helping build resilience, starting with retention.
