This year marks GenSphire’s 10th anniversary.

Over the past decade, Jennie Jackson, Founder and CEO, has driven GenSphire’s global expansion and prioritized Green Finance, aligning her passion for impact with a high retention rate value proposition.

As part of GenSphire’s 10th-anniversary roll-out, Jennie conducted a case study on a 6-year partnership with a Sustainable FinTech team, showing an unprecedented 88.33% retention rate. The secret to the sauce includes leveraging a hands-on and high-touch people-focused approach encompassing mission alignment, a referral methodology, and a unique happiness model, all designed and built by Jennie Jackson.

Jennie’s origin story begins with recruiting from her college dorm room:

Jennie started recruiting ABAP coders from her college dorm room and caught what she calls the “recruiting bug”, developing a passion that continued after graduation to agency-side staff augmentation and executive search. Jennie later transitioned to executive leadership at a high-growth dot com, heading up an internal staffing organization. Jennie’s career includes building an entire staffing function from the ground up with a robust university recruitment program and consulting with boards and C Suite leaders on strategic workforce planning. Having been on all sides of the hiring process and after taking time to enjoy her young children, Jennie founded GenSphire, a boutique recruiting firm, in 2014 and built the transnational expansion while living in Switzerland. Now, GenSphire works across the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, and Asia, meeting the unique needs of every client globally while still providing the same personal high touch and hands-on service that has made Jennie so successful at creating value.

Jennie’s statement on the incredible benefits of providing diverse candidate pools:

“Teams with a wide range of perspectives, experiences, and skills generate more innovative solutions, solve problems more creatively, boost revenue, and more often delight customers, according to data science. Diversity is essential to any successful organization. I work hard to ensure my clients have access to the most diverse candidate pool possible, and to be clear, diversity includes everyone.”
