Jennie started recruiting ABAP coders from her college dorm room, leading to fast-paced agency-side staff augmentation and executive search. She later transitioned to leading internal corporate staffing teams and consulting with executive leaders and boards on strategic workforce planning. Having been on all sides of the hiring process, Jennie founded GenSphire, a boutique recruiting firm, in 2014. Today, she and her team partner with companies and nonprofits globally to find the best people for each role and project, whether they require niche skills or deep insights across domains.
